  • Field a high volume of inbound inquiries through phone and email;
  • Consistently provide a positive and valuable experience for patients through active listening, troubleshooting, and professional conduct;
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts and other appropriate tools to ensure a positive patient journey;
  • Gather customer and patient information for entry into customer files, ensuring accuracy of data and entry into database
  • Set up new customer and client files and maintain existing files through meticulous record keeping; complete all call logs required;
  • Participate in continuous training and learning opportunities to increase knowledge of the company, products and processes;
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues, identifying and escalating priority issues, reporting to management as required;
  • Book patient appointments for medical cannabis assessments as appropriate;
  • Supplement support in the area of logistics and inventory management;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, emailing and printing documents required for completion of clinical duties; and
